Join Women in Charge as a Children’s Program Volunteer and play a vital role in supporting women in our community as they pursue their educational and personal development goals. This unique volunteer opportunity is about providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the young children (ages 1–5) of our participants, allowing their mothers to fully focus on their programs. As a volunteer, you’ll supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including art projects, music, and games, while fostering positive social interactions and maintaining a clean and safe play area

We welcome volunteers who are available during our HiSET class times (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM) or during ESL tutoring sessions (typically Monday – Thursday, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM), with a commitment of at least one 1.5–2 hour shift per week. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and their children, gain valuable experience in childcare, and become part of a supportive and dedicated team.
